Overview:
Customized Waterproof & Heat-Resistant Silicone Stove Cover Seals are engineered kitchen accessories designed to protect cooktop edges, prevent liquid ingress, and provide a high-temperature, waterproof barrier around gas and electric stoves. Manufactured from platinum-cured, high-temperature silicone compounds, these seals combine thermal stability, long-term elasticity, and excellent chemical resistance. Produced using precision silicone compression molding and LSR injection molding with CNC-machined tooling and EDM-finished cavities, our custom seals deliver tight tolerances, consistent compression set performance, and OEM branding options. Ideal for appliance makers, kitchen accessory brands, and hospitality suppliers, we provide full one-stop OEM services from prototyping to high-volume production.

Key Benefits:
- Durable High-Temperature Performance
- Reliable Waterproof & Dust Sealing
- OEM Customization & Branding Options
- Precise, Low-Tolerance Manufacturing
Quality Assurance:
All stove cover seals are produced under an ISO 9001 quality system with full incoming-material verification and documented process control. We validate dimensional accuracy with CMM or optical 3D projectors, check Shore A hardness with durometers, and run thermal-cycling chambers to confirm long-term heat stability and compression set. Seal integrity and waterproof performance are validated using sealing testers and accelerated aging fixtures; adhesion strength (for versions with PSA) is measured with tensile testers. Third-party testing for FDA/LFGB compliance, RoHS, and other regulatory requirements is available upon request.
Applications:
- Stove edge seals and gap covers for residential and commercial cooktops
- Protective seals for countertop-mounted appliance interfaces
- Retrofit splash and spill barriers for rental kitchens and hospitality units
- Heat-resistant gasketing for portable induction burners
Factory Capabilities:
Our production floor combines high-precision tooling and automated molding capacity: CNC machining centers, mirror and sinker EDM, slow-speed wire cutting for toolmaking; 15 rubber compression presses and multiple LSR injection molding machines for production. We support color matching, plated or textured surfaces, and high-speed automated trimming/inspection. Inspection and QA are supported by 3D projectors, sealing testers, durometers, tensile testers, thermal chambers, and an experienced QC team to ensure consistent, product-ready deliveries.
